Project Overview
Inspired by the presence and playing style of Victor Wembanyama, this personal sports design project explores the visual energy of professional basketball through digital photo manipulation and poster-style composition.
Using Adobe Photoshop, the original imagery was transformed into a more dramatic, high-impact visual designed to capture attention and celebrate the personality of the game. The focus was on pushing beyond a standard player photograph to create an expressive piece of sports artwork.

REDEFINING THE HEIGHT OF THE GAME.
The Creative Direction
Sports graphics are at their best when they make the viewer feel part of the action. The creative direction centered on building intensity, emphasizing the athlete, and creating a visual hierarchy that draws the eye directly to the subject.
The composition was developed to give the player a strong focal presence while using supporting imagery, graphic elements, and contrast to build atmosphere. The result is a more cinematic interpretation of a basketball highlight—designed to feel energetic, bold, and visually engaging.
